The effect this speaker will have on your purseĭisclaimer: I was sent a Logitech Ultimate Ears Boom 2 to review. The hunt for the perfect speaker set for my new home continues! So rad: It’s a rad little sound gadget but I can’t seem to justify the purchase of it – not at that price. The casing is really funky but it did make me wonder if the high price (R3500 for a Bluetooth speaker is steep you guys!) could be dropped if they had spent less money on the packaging. The Boom 2 is water and dust proof so I think it is really suited to someone who spends more time outdoors and would possibly suit your braai area as a pool side sound option. I’d prefer something a little less loud (looks wise) and slightly more sleek. I think, maybe a year ago, I would have loved the crazy neon colours (there is a big selection) but now that I’ve recently redone my home I was a bit put off the Boom 2 as a speaker for my house. It produces crisp clean sound that you’ll appreciate if you’re a music lover. It filled my little apartment and had me bum shaking around the kitchen as I cleaned up after cooking. Boom 2 is a brand new app that is available to purchase for 14.99 from the Mac App Store. The amazing audio enhancing app for Mac, Boom, has just recently received a major overhaul and is now available in the Mac App Store.Boom 2 gives you full control of the audio that comes out of your Mac.It provides an equalizer that you can adjust manually or through its many presets. The sound quality on this speaker is fantastic. I didn’t bother with the app and just linked it up to my phone via bluetooth straight away. There are is also an app that can be utilised for both Android and iOS. The cylinder shape offers up 360 degree sound.

Well show you how to password protect and disable in-app purchasing. It’s a funky little gadget that comes in a host of cute neon colours. Dont end up with a surprise bill from an accidental Amazon in-app purchase on your Android device.
